He shared an update on Friday night, saying his neck was broken. On Saturday, he provided a positive update, saying, "C1 and C6 are indeed fractured, non-displacement though, which is a good thing. I don't have any damage to my spinal cord. No ligament damage and no surgery."

On Tuesday, he took to social media to say that he was back at home.

It is unknown how long Big E will be out of the ring. He was teaming with Kofi Kingston and feuding with Ridge Holland, Sheamus, and Pete Dunne, who debuted at Butch on SmackDown.

Fightful continues to wish Big E the best in his recovery.
