The Bloodline Retain WWE Tag Team Titles Over The Street Profits On 8/23 WWE SmackDown

The Bloodline has a new team carrying the WWE Tag Team Championship, and they've already successfully defended the titles once.

After Tama Tonga and Jacob Fatu captured the WWE Tag Team Titles, Jacob Fatu suffered a slight injury to his foot. As a result of that and his "promotion" to the enforcer of Solo Sikoa's Bloodline, Fatu was forced to give his WWE Tag Team Championship belt to Tonga Loa.

Shortly after that transaction, the team formerly known as the Guerrillas of Destiny successfully defended the WWE Tag Team Championship on August 23 over Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford, The Street Profits. After the successful defense, Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu hit the ring and attacked Dawkins and Ford. #DIY's Tommaso Ciampa and Johnny Gargano tried to come out to save them but also ended up laid out.
