For the first time in his career, we can call Bobby Lashley the Intercontinental Champion.
Lashley defeated Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins in a triple threat bout on Raw to capture the belt. Lashley got a little help from his manager Lio Rush, who interfered on behalf of his client multiple times. The end came when Lio pulled the ropes down, sending Rollins crashing to the outside. One spear on Ambrose later and Lashley had his hand raised in victory.
