Bliss/Strowman and Charlotte/Roode Announced As Teams For Mixed Match Challenge

The first two teams have been announced for WWE's upcoming Mixed Match Challenge in the form of Braun Strowman/Alexa Bliss and Charlotte/Bobby Roode.

WWE Raw General Manager Kurt Angle announced the first team in a backstage segment that was filmed Monday night at Raw, and ran on WWE.com on Wednesday. Below is an excerpt from WWE's website.

Although Strowman is no doubt ready to scare every other team in the groundbreaking tournament, Bliss may have a different strategy in mind.

“You don’t scare me, big boy,” Bliss informed Strowman. “But if you just listen to me and do everything I say, we’ll become the Mixed Match Challenge Champions.”

Together, Bliss and Strowman will battle in an innovative Facebook Watch exclusive tournament, where unlikely male-female WWE Superstar pairings will attempt to win $100,000 for their charity. But who will possibly be able to overtake them?

It was later announced in the afternoon that Charlotte and Bobby Roode would also be a team. Smackdown GM Daniel Bryan revealed to Bobby Roode who he was teaming with during a segment taped last night during Smackdown:
