Brian "Road Dogg" James Assures Fans That They Will See More Of R-Truth And Tye Dillinger

More R-Truth and Tye Dillinger.

Tye Dillinger was called up to the WWE main roster the Tuesday after WrestleMania 33 and made his debut on SmackDown Live. Throughout his full year on the main roster Dillinger has sporadically competed on WWE television and is more-so featured on live events. "The Perfect 10" has not been able to grab ahold of the rhythm he had coming out of NXT but as of recently he has aligned himself with former WWE United States Champion R-Truth in comedy skits on SmackDown Live.

R-Truth had been out of action since October of 2017 after he suffered a shoulder injury that required surgery. Truth made his in-ring return in this year's 'Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal' at WrestleMania 34. R-Truth was then moved over to SmackDown Live by way of the 2018 WWE 'Superstar Shake-Up' and since the beginning of his time on the blue-brand exclusive show, Truth, as mentioned has been involved in a number of skits with Tye Dillinger.

In the embedded video above at the top of the article, R-Truth jokingly made a comment about getting a United States Championship match against Shinsuke Nakamura at SummerSlam and stated that he was going to get that match by pinning the current SmackDown Live Women's Champion Carmella.

A Twitter user recently tagged NXT founder and senior producer Triple H and WWE creative writer and producer Brian "Road Dogg" James in a tweet--asking to put Truth and Dillinger together as a tag team. James then responded by noting that he loves the chemistry between Dillinger and Truth as well and he assured the Twitter user that there will be more to come from the two.
