Brie Bella had a crush on Prime Time.
The Bella Twins (Nikki Bella and Brie Bella) appeared on We Got Time Today with Deion Sanders and Rocsi Diaz, and at one point in the interview, Brie was asked about having an interesting high school crush. She then revealed that she had a crush on Deion Sanders in middle school.
Brie Bella: It was actually middle school, and it was you, Deion. You were my first celebrity crush.
Deion Sanders: You should have told me that. [Hugs Brie]
BB: You want to know something crazy? Listen to this. This is for real. I was looking through a box of my childhood photos, I’m like, I need to find a picture of me in Deion’s jersey. But my grandfather, full-blown Italian from South Philly, so we’re diehard Philadelphia Eagles fans. It was very hard on my family because they’re like, ‘Wait, she has Deion Sanders’ Dallas Cowboys jersey, and the fact that you were my crush, could have got me kicked out of my family.
Brie also said that she had Deion’s poster on her wall. She later noted that Deion's bad boy attitude and his personality stood out to her.
Sanders is a former NFL Defensive Player of the Year and a six-time First-team All-Pro. He made eight Pro Bowls, and he won the Super Bowl twice. Sanders is now the head coach of the Colorado Buffaloes. The team's two-way star Travis Hunter won the Heisman Trophy in 2024.
