Dr. Britt Baker came to the aid of her better half on AEW Dynamite.
The January 12 episode of Dynamite started off with Adam Cole coming to the ring with Kyle O'Reilly and Bobby Fish and bragging about his undefeated singles record and how it's a new era in AEW. They were then interrupted by the Young Bucks who took exception with the fact that they were not invited to the ring for this segment.
Fish and O'Reilly then made it known that nothing will come between them and the tag titles, not even the Bucks. Cole tried to squash the tension by noting how together they're the most powerful faction in the company. Orange Cassidy and Best Friends then come out and a brawl broke out between the two groups.
After a couple minutes of fighting, Cole and Cassidy were alone in the ring when Kris Statlander jumped in and stopped Cole from superkicking Cassidy. Dr. Britt Baker then made an appearance, attacking Statlander and delivering a stomp. After Cole delivered The Boom to O.C., he and Baker shared a kiss, a spot that has typically been reserved for Matt and Nick Jackson.
