Brock Lesnar Challenges Cody Rhodes To A 'Fight' At WWE Night Of Champions, Cody Accepts

Brock Lesnar wants a rematch against Cody Rhodes at WWE Night Of Champions.

'The Beast' made his intentions very clear on the May 8 episode of WWE Raw, as he pulled Cody Rhodes out of the ring as he was closing in on victory in a World Heavyweight Championship tournament triple threat match.

Lesnar proceeded to F-5 Rhodes through the announce table. After that, Lesnar grabbed a microphone and challenged Rhodes to a 'fight' at the upcoming Night Of Champions premium live event.

In the first match between the two at WWE Backlash, Rhodes scored the victory after turning Lesnar's submission attempt into a pin.

After Raw returned from a commercial break, a trainer was seen helping Cody Rhodes in the backstage area.

Later in the show, Rhodes accepted the challenge. He was in the trainer's room at one point, so it was clear that Lesnar's attack left Rhodes worse for the year. "The American Nightmare" said that, despite his better judgment, he was accepting Lesnar's challenge.
