Bron Breakker and Baron Corbin Brainstorm Team Names, Gallus Attacks Ridge Holland | NXT Fight Size

Here's your fight size update following NXT on January 16, 2024.

- In an interview, Baron Corbin and Bron Breakker discussed their win in the first round of the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic. They both claimed that they led the team to victory. Corbin vetoed the name of the Wolf Dogs.

PAC, Claudio Castagnoli, Toni Storm, And Red Velvet Announced For 12/13 CMLL Event

- Ridge Holland faced Joe Coffey. Holland scored the win, but Gallus attacked him after the bell.

- NXT Champion Ilja Dragunov announced that he will face Trick Williams at NXT Vengeance Day.

- Carmelo Hayes and Trick Williams beat Malik Blade and Edris Enofe to advance to the next round of the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic.

- Chase U (Duke Hudson and Riley Osborne) faced the LWO (Cruz Del Toro and Joaquin Wilde) in the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic. The LWO were accompanied to the ring by Zelina Vega, and they scored the victory.

- Roxanne Perez won a four-way match following a battle royal to earn a shot at the NXT Women's Championship.

- NXT North American Champion Oba Femi came to the ring and discussed his title win. He said his victory was a prophecy that was long foretold. Femi noted that he was tested as a Nigerian prince and as a player in the NCAA. Femi stated that his goal remained the same, as he would rule over everyone and crush the opposition. Dragon Lee interrupted and highlighted the impact that Femi has made. He told Femi he hoped he would give others opportunities the way he did. Lee said he wanted to see Femi continue the tradition of the open challenge. He said he wanted a rematch at NXT Vengeance Day.

- NXT Women’s Champion Lyra Valkyria and Tatum Paxley defeated Lola Vice and Elektra Lopez.

- Eddy Thorpe discussed his win against Dijak, and Trey Bearhill thanked him for representing their culture. Dijak interrupted and set up a match with Bearhill. Later in the show, Dijak faced Trey Bearhill. Joe Gacy, who was on commentary, interfered. Dijak persevered and went on to beat Bearhill. Joe Gacy attacked him after the match. Plus, Lexis King attacked Trey Bearhill.

- JBL appeared and talked to Josh Briggs.

- Von Wagner set his sights on gold and told Noam Dar that he wanted to challenge for the Heritage Cup.

- WWE confirmed that Cora Jade suffered a torn ACL.

- Madi Wrenkowski made her debut as Wren Sinclair.

- The LWO (Joaquin Wilde, Cruz Del Toro, and Zelina Vega) made it clear that they were focused on winning the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic.

- Dijak vowed to show everyone a side of him that they had never seen before.

- Roxanne Perez stated that she could not be broken.

- Ilja Draguniv wrote that he wants to bring back real intensity.
