Brooks Jensen is getting a second chance.
Brooks Jensen met with Ava on the July 9th episode of NXT, and was given a second chance. Ava said that she and Shawn Michaels were going to release him, but he had people vouch for him.
Jensen apologized for his actions over the past few months. He said he was inside his own head, got lost, and got out of control. He owned his actions and wishes he could take things back.
Ava reminded him that he is an NXT superstar 24/7. Jensen said that he will has a great support system around him now. He closed by saying that he promises to make an impact.

Jensen had disrupted NXT broadcasts and live events, been kicked out of the building, and posted about his displeasure regarding his booking on NXT on social media. Jensen also claimed that he had been released, or that his contract expired, and he was a free agent.
