Don't expect Vince McMahon to retire anytime soon. At least, not according to Bruce Prichard.
Though McMahon has stated this year that he can "no longer get in the weeds," Prichard doesn't believe that means McMahon is nearing the end of his run atop WWE.
"Never," Prichard said on Something To Wrestle With when asked when he sees Vince retiring. "As long as Vince is breathing in and breathing out, Vince will be working. I've never encountered anyone with the work ethic of Vince McMahon."
McMahon hired Paul Heyman and Eric Bischoff to be the Executive Directors of Raw and SmackDown in June. Bischoff was replaced by Prichard in October.
After Vince sold 3 million shares of WWE stock in March to reportedly fund Alpha Entertainment/XFL, WWE released a statement that noted McMahon "intends to continue in his capacity as the Company’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for the foreseeable future." McMahon would sell another 2,627 shares in July.
The XFL is set to kick-off in February.
