Blackpool Combat Club tension rises
On Wednesday's AEW Dynamite, William Regal opened the show and, while he didn't address his action at AEW Full Gear, he did manage to stay alive thanks to Bryan Danielson.
Regal said that a number of weeks ago, he sent an email to MJF, which fans are not privy to, and that MJF will speak on next Wednesday's AEW Dynamite. MJF is currently on a movie set and not at Dynamite.
Moxley came out to confront Regal, looking to fight, but Danielson stepped in the way and said that he loves Regal because he's been a father to him and asked Moxley to spare him. Moxley obliged and told Regal to run, to keep walking to don't come back.
Regal walked up the ramp without injury.

Regal helped MJF win the AEW World Title at AEW Full Gear, sliding MJF brass knuckles, which he then used to knockout Jon Moxley before pinning him for the win. Prior to Regal helping MJF, he discouraged him from using the Dynamite Diamond ring, which MJF tossed aside.
Regal had been aligned with Moxley and the Blackpool Combat Club since he joined AEW at AEW Revolution when he got between Moxley and Bryan Danielson, who continued fighting after their bout.
