Bryan Danielson has his sights set on facing two of CMLL's top stars.
Bryan Danielson will compete in a CMLL ring on March 29, as he will team up with Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, and Matt Sydal to face Mistico, Volador Jr, Blue Panther, and Ultimo Guerrero. Danielson's interest in facing Blue Panther is well-known, and as AEW continues to work with CMLL, fans are buzzing about the potential match.
At a press conference ahead of the show, Bryan Danielson was asked whether he would want to face Blue Panther in a Hair vs. Hair or Hair vs. Mask match.
“Yeah, I mean, honestly, this is one of my biggest dreams in wrestling that I have yet to accomplish, is to wrestle in Arena Mexico, in a Hair vs. Hair or Hair vs. Mask match. I would love for that to be against Blue Panther, but I don’t know how much of a chance he stands at this point. So he’ll be losing his hair if we do that. Whose mask I’d really like to take, I would love to do Mistico vs. Bryan Danielson, Hair versus Mask," Danielson said.
As previously announced, Bryce Remsburg will be the referee for the CMLL event on March 29.
