Bullet Club Gold earns a title shot.
Jay White & Juice Robinson earned a shot at the AEW Tag Team Titles on on the July 8 episode of AEW Collision by defeating the reigning champions FTR (Dax Harwood & Cash Wheeler). The title were not on the line in the bout, but with the victory, Bullet Club Gold are now the top contenders for the AEW Tag Team Titles.
The finish saw Juice Robinson hit Pulp Friction on Harwood. Wheeler tried to make the save, but White cut him off.

In a backstage segment, FTR and Bullet Club Gold agreed to a two out of three falls bout on the July 15 episode of AEW Collision with the AEW Tag Team Titles on the line.
