Live Coverage.

  • Tom Hannifan & Matt Rehwoldt welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning into the opening segment.
  • The newly crowned TNA World Heavyweight Champion Joe Hendry came to the ring for a promo. Hendry said he would defend his title against anyone and anywhere and had relayed that message to Santino Marella earlier in the night. TNA Director Of Authority Santino Marella then appeared on the ramp and revealed someone accepted his offer for tonight's main event. The person was revealed to be none other than Matt Cardona.
  • Steve Maclin confronted Eric Young about trying to save Josh Alexander, with Maclin telling Young Alexander was not worth saving. Josh Alexander then appeared and told them he was not there to make excuses for his actions but thanked them for the years. Alexander shook hands with Young, but Maclin did not shake his hand.
  • Rosemary & The House of Elegance (Ash By Elegance, & Heather By Elegance) (w/ “The Personal Concierge” George Iceman) def. Masha Slamovich & SPITFIRE (Jody Threat & Dani Luna) via Pinfall (Schoolboy Roll-Up from Ash on Luna).
    • Cora Jade appeared to give a folder featuring a picture of Masha Slamovich with an X across. This distraction allowed Ash to push Luna onto Slamovich before locking a roll-up for the win.
  • The Northern Armory (Josh Alexander, Judas Icarus & Travis Williams) came to the ring for a promo, where Alexander said he regretted the man he had become over the past months and said it was his time to step aside. Icarus and Williams were frustrated by this situation before Icarus said Alexander could not leave. This was a trap as Williams hit a chop block on Alexander, which was followed by Icarus hitting a Superman Punch on Alexander. Eric Young then made the save before he & Alexander challenged Icarus & Williams to a tag match next week.
  • The Hardys (Matt Hardy & Jeff Hardy) def. The System (Moose & JDC) (w/ Alisha Edwards) via Pinfall (Swanton Bomb from Jeff Hardy on Moose).
  • A vignette for Number 23 flashed on the screen.
  • Sami Callihan appeared of the ring after the "23" vignette and demanded whoever was behind the vignettes to get to the ring now. Steph DeLander appeared and said she was now the TNA Digital Media Champion (as she won the title in the divorce) before saying she would introduce Callihan to her boyfriend. It was none other than Good Old Mance Warner, who caught Callihan with a lariat before smashing the title on Callihan's face. Warner & DeLander then kissed in the middle of the ring.
  • NXT Tag Team Championship Match: Fraxiom (Nathan Frazer & Axiom) (c) def. The Rascalz (Trey Miguel & Zachary Wentz) via Pinfall (Flying Spanish Fly & Phoenix Splash combo on Miguel).
    • Wes Lee distracted the referee, allowing Tyson Dupont & Tyriek Igwe to take out Wentz.
  • Mike Santana appeared in the ring for a promo, where he first asked the San Antonio crowd where all the Latinos at (aqui compadre). Santana then said he was here to climb the mountain and be the TNA World Champion in 2025. After Santana's promo, no one other than Mustafa Ali made his TNA Return to announce he had signed with TNA but said there was work to be done and he was the great leader TNA needed before saying he also had his eyes on the TNA World Title.
  • Tessa Blanchard appeared on the ramp for a promo and said she was proud to be in Blanchard territory (despite being fired with booes). Blanchard responded to the crowd's retaliation by saying the city was known for losing the Alamo before she would make sure no one would hear Tessa was not great, said she already took out the trash and she would answer to no one from here onward.
  • TNA World Heavyweight Championship Match: Joe Hendry (c) def. Matt Cardona via Pinfall (Standing Ovation).
    • Frankie Kazarian was part of the broadcast team for the match.
    • Cardona tried to attack Hendry with the TNA World Title, but John "Bradshaw" Layfield appeared and hit a Lariat on Cardona. Layfield had a brief staredown with Hendry after the attack.
