Monday's WWE Raw was headlined by Asuka and Becky Lynch battling it out to determine the top contender for the Raw Women's Championship.
The bout was originally announced as a six-pack challenge featuring Asuka, Lynch, Doudrop, Nikki ASH, Sasha Banks, and Naomi. During the show, it was announced that Banks and Naomi had left, leaving Becky Lynch to ask Adam Pearce to change things.
On commentary, Corey Graves said, "Sasha Banks and Naomi summarily and unprofessionally walked out."
When a fan asked Carmella to "get her man" in reference to her husband's commentary, Carmella responded by saying that Graves was just doing his job.

WWE issued a statement regarding Banks and Naomi walking out, saying the WWE Women's Tag Team Champions "walked into WWE Head of Talent Relations John Laurinaitis’ office with their suitcases in hand, placed their tag team championship belts on his desk and walked out."
