Chelsea Green wants to cross the line.
With NXT and TNA continuing to work together, fans continue to buzz about the crossover. Various wrestlers from both companies have expressed their interest in participating, and Chelsea Green has made it clear that she wants to mix it up with TNA's top stars.
Speaking with Emily Mae for WrestlingNewsCo at a media event ahead of WWE Money in the Bank, Chelsea Green was asked to share her reaction to the crossover between NXT and TNA.
“Honestly, pure jealousy because oh my gosh, what I would have done to have that opportunity when I was in TNA. But I’m so happy it’s happening because it took too long to get here, and there’s so many amazing talent in TNA. They don’t have the platform that we have, so I think that this is a new era. I think we’re going to usher in some of the TNA talent now, I don’t know," Green said.
Green was then asked whether there was anyone on the TNA roster that she wanted to face. She stated that she wanted to take the TNA Knockouts World Championship from Jordynne Grace. Green also expressed her interest in facing Rosemary and taking on the Knockouts World Tag Team Champions.
“Don’t get me started. First of all, I want to take the Knockouts Title off of Jordynne [Grace]. Second of all, I would love to have a tag match, me and Piper [Niven] versus the tag champions [Alisha Edwards and Masha Slamovich. I also think maybe a little feud with Rosemary would be good," Green said.
Green previously had two stints in TNA/IMPACT Wrestling. She is a former Knockouts Champion, and she also held the Knockouts World Tag Team Championship with Deonna Purrazzo.
