Le Sex Gods are back.
Sammy Guevara betrayed Chris Jericho after their match at AEW Dynamite: Grand Slam in September. After Guevara missed a few months with a concussion, he returned on the December 27 episode of AEW Dynamite. When the Don Callis Family turned on him, Chris Jericho made the save. Ricky Starks and Big Bill attacked the duo, but Sting and Darby Allin got involved.
On the December 29 episode of AEW Rampage, Jericho called out Guevara and asked him why he turned on him. Guevara said it's hard being in Jericho's shadow, as he has done it all. He admitted that he may have started to blame Jericho for his shortcomings, but he was holding himself back. Guevara said it was time for him to become the man that he knows he is. He apologized, and Jericho accepted.
Jericho also apologized and noted that he still had a tag team title shot. He told Guevara that he needed a partner. Jericho asked if he would reunite Le Sex Gods, and Guevara hugged him. Jericho then said Le Sex Gods were back.
Can Chris Jericho and Sammy Guevara get on the same page before their HUGE 8-Man Tag Team Match TOMORROW at #AEWWorldsEnd?
