Chris Jericho appears in a GCW ring and attacks both Matt Cardona and EFFY.
EFFY and Matt Cardona were wrestling at GCW Highest in the Room 3 when a hooded individual jumped in the ring and took out Cardona with a baseball bat. Then, EFFY pinned Cardona before being taken out by the man who would reveal himself to be Chris Jericho, wearing an AEW shirt.
Jericho is scheduled to face Cardona on December 20 at ROH Final Battle 2024 in a Ring of Honor World Title match.

EFFY, who can't seem to escape being attacked by legendary wrestlers, was filling in for AEW talent Ricky Starks. Starks was slated to face Cardona but ended up being pulled from the show by AEW. That move was reportedly in response to some comments EFFY made about Tony Khan's father. Fans can learn more about that here.
