Jericho introduced himself, called WWE boring, called The Rock an idiot, and put himself over as an entertainer.

On Talk Is Jericho, Jericho watched back the promo and noticed something in his work.

"There is a lot of MJF in this promo. Not that he is influenced by me, but it's obvious he is [laughs]. I feel like I'm watching a modern-day MJF promo right now," said Jericho.

Jericho and MJF have had promo battles on AEW television, both as friends and enemies.

MJF has praised Jericho as being one of the greatest ever and a reason why AEW exists and landed a television deal off the bat with TNT.
