Chris Jericho plans to give Tommy Billington a lesson and professional wrestling straight out of the dungeon.
Chris Jericho announced on the August 17 AEW Collision that he would wrestle Tommy Billington, the modern Dynamite Kid, on the August 21 episode of AEW Dynamite. Jericho stated that he knew the original Dynamite Kid, Billington's uncle, and proclaimed himself as a graduate of the original Hart Family Dungeon.
Jericho, calling himself the modern Stu Hart, promised to teach Billington a lesson in Cardiff. Jericho is using this as a warm-up for his eventual match with HOOK for the FTW Title at AEW All In: London on August 25.
"The Learning Tree" Chris Jericho is ready to be the "Modern Stu Hart" to all the young "entitled" talent running around, and has a VIOLENT LESSON ready for "Dynamite Kid" Tommy Billington NEXT WEEK on #AEWDynamite!
