Christian Cage has finally spoken on AEW programming.
Christian Cage debuted at AEW Revolution as the Hall of Fame-level wrestler that Paul Wight, the former Big Show in WWE, reported was coming to the promotion. During the pay-per-view, Christian did not say anything. He simply signed his contract and left.
Following his reveal, he was supposed to speak on the March 10 episode of AEW Dynamite but Kenny Omega decided to take that time to gloat about his victory over Jon Moxley at the Revolution event. Ultimately, this segment would end with Christian Cage laying out the World Champion with The Killswitch.
Finally, he spoke on March 17.
In a backstage interview with Dasha, Christian would say that he's not here to take any spot in the company, he wants the top spot. He went on to say that Kenny Omega is on borrowed time because he is in AEW to outwork everybody.
