Claudio Castagnoli is ready for the G1.
Fans saw Eddie Kingston compete in NJPW's annual G1 Climax tournament this summer, and in the past Jon Moxley has competed in the event while under AEW contract, Claudio Castagnoli wants to follow in their footsteps.
"Yes. Before I retire, I will participate. That's for sure," Claudio told BILD when asked about potentially competing in a G1 Climax tournament.
Claudio made his NJPW debut at NJPW Dominion in June, teaming with Jon Moxley & Shota Umino to take on CHAOS (Kazuchika Okada & Tomohiro Ishii) & Hiroshi Tanahashi for the NEVER Openweight Six Man Tag Team Titles.
Claudio is the reigning ROH World Champion and set to compete in Stadium Stampede at AEW All In.
