Cody Believes That Wrestling Fans Are Not Sold On The Stephen Amell Versus Christopher Daniels Match At 'All In' Just Yet

Cody states that he'll have to put away his personal feelings for both competitors.

The sold-out self-financed show put together by Cody and The Young Bucks entitled 'All In' is a mere eight days away. The show will be broadcast live on FITE TV, HonorClub and the first hour of the event will be live on WGN America. With an anticipated 10,000 rabid wrestling fans set to be inside of the Sears Centre come September 1st, the Bullet Club has been doing PR work to promote the event.

"The American Nightmare" Cody has had a busy 2018--putting together 'All In' along with The Young Bucks, challenging for the ROH World Championship, IWGP Heavyweight Championship and at 'All In' Cody will be facing Nick Aldis for the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship. Ahead of the bout Cody spoke with 'Comicbook' and discussed the 'All In' match card. Cody stated that the match that he believes fans are a tad "iffy" about is the match between 'Arrow' star Stephen Amell and Christopher Daniels.

"As far as the whole totality of the show, there's 11 matches with Zero Hour, and the All-In broadcast itself. I think the one that wrestling fans are a little sticky with is Stephen Amell versus Christopher Daniels, and to me, from a director's standpoint, I'm going to have to remind myself not to be a fan because I'm such a fan of C.D., and Stephen's one of the hardest working people I know. I really hope that that surprises people, that that turns some heads, because they're in a volatile environment. Chicago, and B.T. fans, they accept nothing less but perfection," he said.

Cody's title hunt does not stop at 'All In' because coming out of the event he will be challenging Juice Robinson for the IWGP U.S. Heavyweight Championship at NJPW's 'Fighting Spirit Unleashed' show at the 'Walter Pyramid' in Long Beach on September 30th.
