Cody Rhodes will be a guest on the Grayson Waller Effect at WWE Payback. Plus, a WWE United States Championship Match is set for the event.
It was announced on the August 25 episode of WWE Friday Night SmackDown that Grayson Waller will host Cody Rhodes on the Grayson Waller Effect at WWE Payback on September 2 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Despite both men being on separate brands, the talk show segment is booked for the WWE premium live event, as is a WWE United States Championship match.
Austin Theory previously earned the championship match against Rey Mysterio with a victory over LA Knight on the August 18th episode of WWE SmackDown. Theory now looks to win the title back a third time.
