There are no tears in this Kingdom because Cody Rhodes has finished the story, of the most recent Legend of Zelda game, that is.
Since Cody Rhodes returned to WWE, his goal has remained consistent: finish the story. Of course, Rhodes was referring to his desire to capture the WWE World Championship, one title that has always eluded his illustrious family. Cody Rhodes failed to do this at WrestleMania 39 when he stepped up to Roman Reigns, but Cody continues to fight.
In good news, Cody Rhodes has finished the story of the latest Legend of Zelda game, The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. Cody revealed the news during a Twitter Q&A but noted that he is still hunting for some of the 34 Lynels in the game.

Tears of the Kingdom is, of course, the sequel to the 2017 smash hit, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Stone Cold Steve Austin called Breath of the Wild the best Legend of Zelda game, as seen in the video embedded above.
As for the actual story that Cody Rhodes still needs to finish within WWE, Cody has remained steadfast in his belief that the goal has never changed, despite the changes in WWE since WrestleMania 39. Read more here.
