In October, it was reported that Vince McMahon was working on setting up "a new entertainment hub company."
The company would reportedly develop and produce film and television productions.
Speaking on Grilling JR with Jim Ross, Ross asked Conrad Thompson if there was anything new with McMahon.
"He's bought a studio. He's building a roster. We'll see," said Thompson, referring to the reported entertainment company.
Thompson took to social media to give further clarification that he was talking about the reported entertainment company, and not a pro wrestling company.

Not a wrestling roster, staff for his new entertainment company that was announced months ago. Not a secret or new news. @EBischoff revealed on @83Weeks this past Monday after Netflix that Vince had acquired property for the new company.

That’s what I said.
Studios need staff. ----
The company will reportedly focus on fiction and non-fiction projects and there are no plans to launch anything similar to WWE.
On Friday, McMahon resolved his SEC charges over unresolved settlements.
