Dakota Kai Returns At NXT Halloween Havoc

Dakota Kai has gotten her revenge.

Kai hadn't been seen on NXT since TakerOver 36 when she failed to capture the NXT Women's Championship against her former best friend Raquel Gonzalez.

Though Kai didn't take the belt from Raquel, she ensured Gonzalez didn't keep the title at NXT Halloween Havoc when she returned to hit Gonzalez with a shovel, burying her in front of Mandy Rose, who hit a running knee and pinned Gonzalez to win the NXT Women's Championship.

In her absence from NXT, Kai worked three dark matches prior to WWE SmackDown events, but was not part of the 2021 WWE Draft.
