Danhausen: Sting Is Number One, He's The Nicest Boy Alive

Danhausen can't say a bad word about Sting.

Speaking with Denise Salcedo for Instinct Culture at San Diego Comic-Con, Danhausen was asked to pick the GOAT in a game where he had to choose between two wrestlers. As the game progressed, CM Punk made it to the finals, as Danhausen picked him over Bret Hart, Roman Reigns, The Undertaker, and Chris Jericho. However, in the last round, Danhausen had to choose between Punk and Sting.

“Oh, Sting. I’m sorry, Pepsi Phil. Sting is number one, he’s the nicest boy alive. Sting wins, I’m sorry. He’s just too nice. Cannot say a bad word about Sting," Danhausen said.

Sting retired following his last match at AEW Revolution 2024. Tony Khan has called Sting's retirement the greatest thing AEW has ever done. Check out his comments here.

CM Punk recently discussed his return to WWE, and he commented on how he was feeling heading into WWE SummerSlam. There, he will face Drew McIntyre in his first match since January.
