Dani Luna Says She And Jody Threat Have Their Sights Set On The TNA Knockouts Tag Team Championship

Dani Luna hopes tag team gold will be in her possession at some point in 2024.

Dani Luna came aboard TNA Wrestling ahead of the rebrand and in recent weeks she has formed a tag team with Jody Threat. Luna, who is used to viewing Tag Team Championship success from the outside of the ring due to her association with "Flash" Morgan Webster and Mark Andrews, is hoping that her new pairing with Jody will lead to them being future TNA Wrestling Knockouts Tag Team Champions.

Luna spoke about her goals during a recent interview with Denise Salcedo.

"So, my main [goal] for this year, me and Jody Threat have just started being a little team. I think our goal for 2024 is to win the Knockouts Tag Team Championships. I don't think that's completely out of left field, I think it's absolutely something we can do. I think we're starting to build a really good tag division in TNA now. I'd love to get up there on a bigger stage with her. She's one of my favorite people in the world, so I would love to kind of hold gold with her in TNA this year. I think that would be the best," said Luna.

The other members of SUBCULTURE, the aforementioned Webster and Andrews, had previously held the IMPACT Wrestling Tag Titles.

Unfortunately, that team is currently on the shelf as Mark Andrews suffered an injury. Learn more here.
