Darby Allin gives his thoughts on Jack Perry.
Allin and Perry will be opposed at AEW Double Or Nothing, as Team AEW will face The Elite in an Anarchy In The Arena match. This will be the first time that Allin and Perry have shared a ring since Double Or Nothing 2023, where they both competed in a four way match for the AEW World Championship.
While speaking to the Battleground Podcast for a new interview, Allin noted that Perry's current character is his best work yet.
“I’d say he’s got some balls now. I never liked him last year. I was always trying to tell people, ‘Don’t you see why this guy sucks?’ It didn’t take long for the world to see why he sucks. Even when we are both supposed to be the good guys in that pillars match, I never did see eye to eye with him. But, seeing him go to Japan and everything and his return, I feel like he’s actually got a pair of balls of him and he’s not — I think it’s the best incarnation of Jack Perry. Jungle Boy, c’mon [laughs]. But like, Jack, let’s see what you got Sunday. This is his first match back in AEW and there’s no better way to see what he’s got than Anarchy In The Arena.”
