Darby Allin Named As The First Entrant In AEW Double Or Nothing 'Casino Ladder Match'

It has officially been announced that Darby Allin will compete in the first-ever Casino Ladder Match at AEW Double Or Nothing on Saturday, May 23, 2020. This will continue Darby's quest for Championship gold in All Elite Wrestling.

Most recently, Darby lost to Cody Rhodes in the semifinals of the tournament to crown an inaugural AEW TNT Champion. This was a loss that affected Darby greatly. When he was interviewed on the May 6 episode of AEW Dynamite on TNT, he snubbed Taz and offered no comment.

Prior to this, Darby Allen was the first man to receive an AEW Championship title shot against inaugural champion Chris Jericho on the third episode ever of AEW Dynamite.

The official rules for the Casino Ladder Match will be revealed on the May 13 episode of Dynamite.

Double Or Nothing takes place on Saturday, May 23, and will also feature Jon Moxley defending his AEW World Championship against Brodie Lee.
