Darby Allin Says He Is Medically Cleared, 'I Got A Lot Of Crazy Stuff Planned'

Darby Allin is ready to rock.

Darby Allin suffered a broken foot in March, and he subsequently broke his nose when he got hit by a bus. He returned to AEW ahead of AEW Double or Nothing and competed in the Anarchy in the Arena match. There, the Young Bucks hung him upside down and superkicked. Allin was then absent for several weeks, but he returned again on the July 10th episode of AEW Dynamite.

Speaking on Friday Night Fights, Darby Allin looked forward to the July 17th episode of AEW Dynamite and noted that he was medically cleared.

“Dynamite 250 is actually my return again because if anyone knows, I broke my foot two months ago and then got hit by a bus and broke my nose, and then returned to the ring. I had one match, I was hung upside down with a rope and then kicked in the face with shoes that had superglued thumbtacks to the bottom of them, and the thumbtacks got stuck in my lip. It kind of messed up my septum, and blood was squirting everywhere. So I am medically cleared after all that, and I am back to rock in Little Rock. It’s gonna be fun, I got a lot of crazy stuff planned," Allin said.

Fightful will have coverage of AEW Dynamite as it airs on July 17th, as well as a post-show podcast on our YouTube channel.
