Darby Allin Says Sting Has Been Backstage At Recent AEW Collision Tapings

Darby Allin says Sting has been at some of the recent AEW Colllisions.

Darby and Sting have been intertwined together since Sting made his AEW debut, partnering up with Allin shortly thereafter in a student-mentor tag team that just prior to Sting's retirement, finally captured the AEW World Tag Team Championships. Sting would retire at AEW Revolution after he and Darby defeated The Young Bucks at the event.

While speaking to WFAA in a recent interview, Darby was asked about Sting and if Darby has seen him since his retirement from wrestling earlier this year.

"Yeah. He's been backstage at some of the Collisions. I keep telling him, you've got to come out and we've got to go mini-golf battle. You know, like his son, I'm helping train his son right now in wrestling, and I took the son mini-golfing, and I whooped his butt, and then I just asked Sting, does it run in the family to lose to Darby Allen in mini-golf? We'll find out. He claims that he's a mini-golf master, but he hasn't pulled up to the course yet."

Darby Allin was in Texas promoting All In 2025, which is scheduled to take place in the state.

Sting also recently commented on All In 2025, stating that he would be watching. You can read more about that here.
