Diamond Dallas Page says Bam Bam Bigelow has to be in the Hall of Fame at some point.
During his twenty year career, Bam Bam Bigelow worked for WWE, WCW, ECW, and New Japan Pro Wrestling. Before his career when he was living in Asbury Park, New Jersey, Bigelow was an occasional guest of a nightclub operated by WWE Hall of Famer Diamond Dallas Page. On The Steve Austin Show podcast, Page shared his earliest memories of Bigelow.
"I've know Bam Bam since he was sixteen years old...back then he was in high school, he was wrestling, and he had already shaved his head," said Page. "He's telling me how he wants to be a wrestler and he's going to do it. I was like 'man, just follow your dreams, just go for it.'" he continued.
Page revealed years later he was watching television and was surprised to see Bigelow on a wrestling program and then a year or so after that Page said Bigelow was on WWE television in the ring with Hulk Hogan.
Podcast host Steve Austin asked Page about the rumors of Bam Bam Bigelow being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame.
"I heard that, I don't know If it's true or not, it's a rumor. I'd love to see it. I don't know if he is or not. If he isn't this year, at some point he's got to go in," said Page.
