Derrick Lewis made short work of Marcos Rogério de Lima at UFC 291, opening the bout with a v-trigger that landed square on the chin of Lima.
The flying knee knocked Lima down and Lewis swarmed on him with a flurry of punches that had Lima covering and turtling up. Eventually, the referee was forced to stop the bout, awarding the TKO victory to Lewis.
After getting off Lima, Lewis took his fight shorts off and did a series of crotch chops.

In his post-fight promo, Lewis noted that he took his pants off because his balls were hot, calling back to his UFC 229 post-fight promo. He said his plan wasn't to start with a v-trigger, he was just going to throw some shit and see if it landed.
Lewis also stated that he's now a free agent.
