Diamond Dallas Page believes he should have beat Goldberg.
Throughout the latter part of the 1990s, Goldberg and Diamond Dallas Page faced off in three seperate televised singles matches in WCW. None of these bouts ended in favor of Page, as Goldberg scored wins in two of those matches. Nobody won the third match, as it ended in a no contest.
During the latest episode of DDP's Gauntlet, Page expressed his opinion on the matter, saying that he should have evat Goldberg.
"I personally feel, I should have beat Goldberg. Not me, Diamond Dallas Page should’ve of, because it would have been untarnished for Bill. It would have been believable because [The Diamond Cutter] was the murder move. He could have taken back the next night. That is what it is."
Elsewhere in the interview, Page recalled confronting Randy Savage after he was knocked out with an elbow. Learn more by clicking here.
