Don Callis is in recruitment mode, and he is ready to make an offer.
In recent weeks, Don Callis has been scouting Orange Cassidy, and he has spoken with him on multiple occasions during the latter's feud with Trent Beretta. Callis was on commentary for Cassidy's match at AEW Double or Nothing, where Cassidy defeated Beretta.
Later in the show, Callis was asked about his interest in Cassidy during a backstage. He said that he was impressed by what he saw in the match. Callis then stated that he would present a contract for the Don Callis Family on the May 29 episode of AEW Dynamite, but he did not explicitly say that it was for Cassidy.
