Drew McIntyre, Alexa Bliss, Xavier Woods, More Pay Tribute To Brodie Lee (Luke Harper) On WWE Raw

On the first show since the passing of Jon Huber (Brodie Lee in AEW, Luke Harper in WWE), a couple of WWE superstars paid tribute to their former co-worker.

WWE opened the show with a graphic honoring Huber, who spent seven years in WWE as Luke Harper. He was most famous for his run with the Wyatt Family and captured the NXT Tag Team Championships, SmackDown Tag Team Championships, and Intercontinental Championship during his time in the company.

Announcer Tom Phillips began the show by saying, "It's Monday and you know what that means," a reference to Huber's daily tweets. WWE Champion Drew McIntyre also said "It's Monday. You know what that means," followed by, "yeah, yeah, yeah," which was a catchphrase of Harper's character.

During her promo aimed at Randy Orton, Alexa Bliss used "yeah, yeah, yeah" as a transition line.

Ricochet used a discus lariat in his match against Mustafa Ali.

Xavier Woods had an armbar with "BRODIE" on it and used a discus lariat in the eight-man tag team match, leading to Tom Phillips calling, “Yeah Yeah Yeah and a big Harper clothesline”

Huber tragically passed away on December 26 after a non-COVID lung illness.
