- Roman Reigns extended his 537-day reign with the Universal Title, defeating Goldberg at Elimination Chamber via submission. The WWE Hall of Famer had a Jackhammer attempt countered into a Guillotine Choke and though he tried to fight out of it, succumbed soon after.

- In the Women's Elimination Chamber Match, Bianca Belair emerged victorious, booking her ticket to WrestleMania where she will challenge for the Raw Women's Championship.

- Even with one arm tied behind her back, Ronda Rousey was able to submit Sonya Deville, scoring the victory for herself and Naomi over Deville and Charlotte Flair.

- Drew McIntyre defeated Madcap Moss in a Falls Count Anywhere Match. During the bout, Moss took a scary fall on his head but continued the match anyway. After the bell, McIntyre let Happy Corbin know that he is coming for him next. Drew also heaped some praise upon Moss after the fact.

- The Miz says he will search for a Tag Team partner in mind that will help even the odds against The Mysterios. Miz describes this person as a superlative athlete with similarly handsome features and is a global superstar.

- Lita threw everything she had at Becky Lynch, but the Raw Women's Champion was able to retain her title after hitting a Man-Handle Slam for the win.

- The Usos attacked The Viking Raiders prior to their match getting underway, leaving their opponents unable to compete.

- Brock Lesnar captured the WWE Championship in the Men's Elimination Chamber Match, pinning Austin Theory to end the bout. Bobby Lashley never competed as he was taken to the back and placed into concussion protocol (per the announce team) after his pod door was broken and fell on top of him.
