Edge is coming home.
The WWE Hall of Famer has been advertised for the August 18 episode of WWE SmackDown, which will be held at the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto. Edge last wrestled in his hometown of Toronto on the August 22, 2022, episode of WWE Raw, where he defeated Damian Priest. The legend hasn't had a match since the May 12 episode of WWE SmackDown, where he lost to AJ Styles in a Triple Threat Match that also included Rey Mysterio.

Edge previously said that, in a perfect world, his last match would be at WWE's return to Toronto. Click here to see what he had to say. He later noted that he still wants to retire in Canada, but he wasn't thinking about it at the time.
