Elias Returns On 10/17 WWE Raw, Says Ezekiel's Career Was Tragically Cut Short

Elias is back on WWE Raw.

The former WWE 24/7 Champion returned to the red brand on the October 17 episode. In August 2021, WWE aired vignettes in which he declared that Elias is dead. He was completely absent for several months until his brother, Ezekiel, debuted on the April 4 episode of WWE Raw. Zeke became a featured member of the roster and shared the ring with stars like Kevin Owens and Chad Gable, among many others.

Owens was determined to prove that Elias and Ezekiel were the same person, and Elias appeared on the June 20 episode of Raw to prove him wrong. Owens eventually snapped and brutally took Ezekiel out of action with an apron powerbomb. Ezekiel was stretchered away, and his father shared an image of him in the hospital the following week.

Elias returned on the October 17 episode of Raw, hoping to perform a new song, and noted that his brother's career was cut tragically short, but the show must go on.

Matt Riddle interrupted the concert and brought some bongos to the ring. He asked Elias if he wanted to hit his "bong", but the latter was wanted to play his song. Seth Rollins then came to the ring for his scheduled match against Riddle, bringing Elias' concert to an abrupt end. Elias stayed at ringside for the match between Riddle and Rollins, which was the main event of the show.
