1 Called Manders talks his rivalry with Luke Jacobs and wrestling him all over the world.
Manders and Jacobs have found themselves standing across from each other several times over the past couple of years. The pair have met in three different countries, for Deadlock, wXw, GCW and RevPro respectively.
While speaking to Fightful's Corey Brennan in a recent interview, 1 Called Manders discussed facing off with Jacobs across the world, noting that he is one of the best wrestlers in the world.
"He's (Jacobs) the best wrestler in the UK. He might be one of the best wrestlers in Europe. He's also one of the best in the world. I really believe that. He's 24 years old, which is insane to me. Even though he's 24, he carries himself like he's... a vet, maybe it's because of his trainers, the Grizzled Young Vets. Maybe he carries himself like a Grizzled Young Vet. Just all the world for Luke, dude. I think Luke's great. I could wrestle him all night, any day of the week, twice on Sundays. He's great. I know at WXW, I remember Felix telling me, I think you and him would be great. After doing it, I was just like, yeah, I could wrestle him any day. Just caught a big old... caught a big old storm with a caught fire and it's just like, we got to do it at DPW, GCW and RevPro and like it's really great. I can wrestle any day, maybe Japan. That would be the other one I think that would be the last like like ribbon."
Manders will continue in the UK, and is currently set for a North Tag Team Title match at the promotions NCL Cup event.
