Crowbar Would Welcome (And Mark Out) For The Opportunity To Work With Dustin Rhodes

While speaking to Fightful's Corey Brennan in a recent interview, Andrew reflected on his first six months as head of Progress Wrestling creative.

"It's been great and I gotta say it's a really incredible thing to be able to say that I work full-time in wrestling, give or take. There's a few odd side hustles that aren't wrestling related. But you know what? It's like this economy, man. But for the most part, to be able to work in wrestling full time, it is incredible. I'm super thankful for that opportunity. I work very closely with the management team that I got there, Lee, Martin and James. Then I work incredibly close with the creative team there with Jack and Al. Everybody's super talented. Super passionate. There's an incredible roster of wrestlers out of which I know quite a lot of them already, but there's a lot of people who I've got to know from working at Progress and yeah, it's been, you know, it's up and down. These things are always difficult. There's challenges there as everyone's quite aware of Progress. There is quite a few, a few challenges there, but I honestly took the job because of that challenge because I knew the wrestlers that worked there were brilliant. They used the best wrestlers in Britain, and so they should. And, yeah, it has been a challenge, and there's a challenge still there. We're in a weird economical position, I think, in the UK and, well, the rest of the world as well. So live events are taking a hit everywhere. So it's up and down. But it's super positive now. From the six months I've been there now, there's been a massive change in everyone who's there. We're really pulling together as a team again. Not that we weren't before, but I think you can start to feel that in the creative that's coming out, and yeah, everyone's just pulling in the same direction. I've really enjoyed it. I've really enjoyed the challenge. I think there's more of a challenge to come as well, but there's more of a pressure working for Progress. Let me just tell you that there's a little bit more at stake."

On September 22nd, Progress Wrestling held their History Is Written By The Victors event, with Cara Noir making his return to the ring. You can check out Cara's comments before his match here.
