  • WWE NXT North American Championship Match: Tony D'Angelo (c) (w/ Luca Crucifino, Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo & Adrianna Rizzo) vs. Shawn Spears (w/ Brooks Jensen).
  • WWE NXT Women's North American Championship: Fallon Henley (c) (w/ Jacy Jayne & Jasmyn Nyx) vs. Tatum Paxley.
  • Men's Iron Survivor Challenge Qualifying Match: Ethan Page vs. Axiom (w/ Nathan Frazer),
  • Women's Iron Survivor Challenge Qualifying Match: Kelani Jordan vs. Giulia.

  • Vic Joseph & Booker T. Huffman welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning to the opening segment.
  • Ridge Holland entered the arena with the music of Chase University after dismantling the faction last week. After that, Holland bragged about fulfilling his promise and bowed to become the NXT Champion at NXT Deadline.
  • Men's Iron Survivor Challenge Qualifying Match: Ethan Page def. Axiom (w/ Nathan Frazer) via Pinfall (Swinging Lariat).
    • Sara Schreiber interviewed Page after the match, but Nathan Frazer interrupted to tell Page not to count him out from The Iron Survivor Challenge. Wes Lee & Je'Von Evans interrupted to make their claim for the match, but the Men's NXT Tag Division interrupted to call the attention of Fraxiom (Axiom & Nathan Frazer). Frazer & Axiom then went at it with the tag division.
  • After Lola Vice & Stephanie Vaquer spoke backstage, Wren Sinclair confronted Vice and told her she should learn how to take the loss against Jaida Parker. This led to Vice challenging Sinclair to a match tonight.
  • Nikkita Lyons and Ashante Adonis spoke backstage about trying to reunite, but Karmen Petrovic interrupted them, irate by Adonis's behavior.
  • Tatum Paxley was playing with her dolls before Fatal Influence (Jasmyn Nyx & Jacy Jayne) interrupted and tossed her dolls around. Paxley said Karma would come and haunt them. A mysterious figure then picked up an orange hair-ed doll.
  • Lola Vice def. Wren Sinclair (w/ Charlie Dempsey) via Pinfall (Back Fist to Heaven).
    • After the match, Vice called out Jaida Parker to say she would see her "underground".
  • NXT North American Championship Match: Tony D'Angelo (c) (w/ Adrianna Rizzo) def. Shawn Spears (w/ Brooks Jensen) via Pinfall (Standing Ovation).
    • Niko Vance attacked D'Angelo after the match.
  • The tag division continued to brawl in the NXT Parking Lot.
  • There was a vignette of Andre Chase picking up all the Chase University materials from the building.
  • Women's Iron Survivor Challenge Qualifying Match: Giulia def. Kelani Jordan via Pinfall (Northern Lights Bomb).
  • Ava announced that there would be a Last Chance Qualifier for the Iron Survivor Challenge and that Fraxiom will face the winner of next week's Contender's Battle Royal on NXT Deadline. Eddy Thorpe tried to speak with Ava, but that led to a tag team wrestler accidentally slamming the door on Ava's head, sending her crashing to the floor.
  • NXT Champion Trick Williams came to the ring for a promo, where he stated he felt disgusted by Ridge Holland's actions and said he would not let Holland become NXT Champion because if he won the title, NXT would die. As soon as Ridge Holland was going to confront Williams, Eric Bischoff appeared on the titantron and said he would be appearing next week.
