Chelsea Green and Piper Niven accept the Fightful award for 'Women's Tag Team Of The Year'.
Green and Niven were able to win the award over other nominees such as Kayden Carter & Katana Chance, Allysin Kay & Marti Belle, Masha Slamovich & Killer Kelly, Taylor Wilde & KiLynn King, & Magica Bella (Giulia & THEKLA).
During the show for the 2023 Fightful Awards, Green and Niven humbly accepted the award and noted that they plan on capturing the Women's Tag Team Championships again soon.
Chelsea Green: “Fightful, we, Chelsea Green and Piper Niven, humbly accept the Women’s Tag Team Champions Of The Year. I mean, we’re not champions anymore, but we will be champions.”
Piper Niven: “We’re the champions of people’s hearts and that’s what has been proven with this fantastic award.”
Chelsea Green: “That’s exactly what I was about to say. I wanted to thank my third grade teacher, Mr. Isaac. I wanted to thank my personal trainer, my dog’s assistant — I want to thank my mom, my dad, my sister, my husband Matt, I love you so much.”
