It was reported by Slam Wrestling this week that longtime IMPACT Wrestling star Cody Deaner has re-signed with the company. When asking around about the deal over the past couple of days, we weren't able to land insight on how long the contract is, but we've learned that Deaner isn't just wrestling for IMPACT. At recent television tapings, Deaner has been doing work as a producer/agent throughout the shows. The company also brought Lance Storm in recently to lend his expertise.
Deaner is in the midst of his second run with IMPACT, as he worked for TNA back in 2009. He rejoined IMPACT in 2018 and teamed with Jake Something before joining Violent by Design.
