With tons of speculation on Cody Rhodes appearing on the go home episode of WWE Raw, Fightful Select had an update.
As of Sunday night, Cody Rhodes was not on the internal script as appearing on WWE Raw in person. However, we've learned that as of late last week, Cody Rhodes was actually scheduled to fly into Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky on Monday, and was set to be there this week. We aren't sure what business he's doing there, but are looking to get more information.
WWE has Cody internally slated for next Monday's Raw, but as with anything, things can change along the way.
Last week, Teil Rhodes posted that her father, Dusty, would be beaming with pride if he saw what was next. Fightful Select can confirm that was actually in reference to an upcoming documentary about "The American Dream," produced by Cody, aimed at focusing on the legacy of Dusty.
We don't have a release date as of yet or other names involved, but an official announcement is expected within the next few weeks. We'll work to gain more information on the project.
