Danhausen Says He's A Free Agent Despite ROH Dates, Says MJF Is Mean

Danhausen has become one of independent wrestling's breakout stars over the last year, as the Crown Point, Indiana crowd he'd just performed in front of at Black Label Pro would let you know.

Quickly becoming one of the most popular stars working the circuit, Danhausen has also been working Ring of Honor dates since November 2019. Though he hasn't picked up a win there, he's competed for the ROH World TV Title, and a top contender battle royal. However, as of now, he hasn't signed a deal.

"No! Danhausen is a freehausen agent! Flying free all over the world!," he told Fightful, just beyond the curtain after successfully defending the Black Label Pro Tag Team Titles.

Just ahead of AEW Revolution, company EVP Cody Rhodes spoke on a Q&A panel and mentioned Danhausen as a wrestler he's interested in. He called Danhausen a "DIY guy." When we asked the Danhausen himself about his thoughts on the comments, he certainly seemed open to the idea.

"YES! Danhausen will take ALL CONTRACTS! They make Danhausen even more famous! Put him on television. Danhausen loves all the great fans, they give him great arts of sorts. Danhausen says he's got lots of friends in AEW of sorts. Danhausen would love to -- except that MJF, man. He's very evil, very evil. One time Danhausen licked MJF and kicked him in the face!," said Danhausen.

Danhausen didn't end up attending AEW Revolution that night, as he made his way to Glory Pro the following day to fulfill a slammed indie schedule.
