Exclusive: Joey Janela Speaks On The Issues That He's Had With FloSlam

"The Bad Boy" has some bad blood with a certain streaming service.

Next Friday, "Bad Boy" Joey Janela will present GCW 'Spring Break II' from Louisiana on April 6th. Before the show, Fightful's own Sean Ross Sapp had the opportunity to speak with Janela about a number of topics. During their conversation, Janela was not hesitant to discuss the issues he's had with FloSlam. In November of 2017, Janela shared via social media his experience working with FloSlam.

There were no cut cards or held back words from Janela as he expressed his true thoughts.

"Flo Slam they were d**kheads last year to begin. Yeah, they were a bunch of a**holes. Like yeah, just dealing with them. Yeah, them yelling at commentators. They were yelling at them, treating them like shit, and afterwards, after the show was a success, and the most-viewed FloSlam broadcast that they’ve had, they hit me up afterwards and tried to basically coax me into running monthly shows without GCW and, with slow slam. I didn’t take that kindly and you know, I wanted GCW involved because it was their idea. You know, they're just very…. they're just very sneaky people. You know, and I did not like that, and its not only me saying it, there’s a few others too but… they're very sneaky.” Janela expressed.

Interviews with former 10-time WCW World Tag Team Champion Stevie Ray, and Impact Wrestling tenured veteran and creative team member Sonjay Dutt are available to listen to now.
